Primrose, that is true. If you don't have to sell right now, it would be best not to. The market will pick back up, it is just a matter of time. I am sure that in some parts of the states it looks pretty bleak right now, but the experts tell us that America will recoup.

Well I guess that is something that only affects us if we are planning on selling our homes. I don't mean to sound cold there either, but I think that the best way to get through this is to sit tight and ride it out.

I know what you mean, it is important that the market continue to stabilize and not take the downfall that other areas have had hit. Not only does it affect the value of our homes, but it affects other areas of the economy as well.

Yeah, the market in Arlington never really seemed to take the hit that other places did. I know that there were problems but certainly not like some places encountered.

Thanks for the link. I've heard for awhile that real estate in Arlington has been strong and it's nice to see numbers that reflect that. I hope to sell my home sometime soon and the numbers give me hope that the market will allow me a better sale price than I initially anticipated.
