Jersey Boys At The Shubert Theatre 08/05/09 by
I see theatre mentioned quite a bit here and I wanted to mention that Jersey Boys is playing at the Shubert Theatre from now into September. I took two of my kids as a special summer treat over the weekend and we just loved it. I wasn't sure they would enjoy the whole play along with the music but they actually had a great time there with their mom. I would recommend this to almost anyone. I will say, though, that the show's info states it is not recommended for kids under 12. I would second that recommendation. Only registered users can comment in discussion
I must say that I probably am the only person I know that has not seen the Jersey Boys. Everyone I know that has seen it just raves about it.
I finally went to see Jersey Boys at the Shubert and I have to tell you that this production was outstanding. Combining the story along with the music made for a great night out at the theatre.
I've yet to meet anyone that has seen this show and doesn't come out raving about it. I just love it and now put it right up there at the top with my other musical favorites.
I saw Jersey Boys when it was playing in another city. It was tremendous! If I could afford it, I'd see it again just for all the music.
Wonderful show! The music, along with the entire play, made for a wonderful evening. I'm so glad I was able to go; I got the tickets as a present. I'm still singing the tunes. Some are simply timeless.
