Town Night Fireworks - Friday, September 25 09/25/09 by
As a prelude to Town Day on Saturday, Town Night will happen this year beginning at 5pm, Friday. There's going to be kid activities and the evening will be capped off with fireworks. Being the aunt I am, I'm going to take the little ones and have a fun night out. Hopefully, a great crowd shows up. It should be fun!Only registered users can comment in discussion
The fireworks were simply wonderful. No matter the time of year, I love fireworks and this show was as spectacular as ever. Town Day was so much fun; a wonderful last fling before the fall weather really kicks in.
I look forward to this every year, and the fireworks show is delightful. Town Day was a perfect community event with everyone helping everyone. As part of the League of Women Voters I was honored to register 3 people to vote. The LWV delivered the forms to the town hall. As part of the Friends of Spy Pond Park we introduced several neighbors to our community projects of cleaning up the park and educating people about what we offer the community. Congratulations to the organizers. Arlington really has so much to offer for people who want to be a part of a thriving community.
